Klunis Maipop originated in the music industry as a

drummer that set a reputation for being among

the best. His drumming has taken him all over

Europe and the U.S. Klunis Maipop is one of many

that has always been in the shadows of several

successful artists. He’s always wanted to help

others more than he helped himself. People would

always ask him, "Why don’t you do yourself?" He

would always humble himself and say "Maybe one

day..." Now the day has came. He feels that he has

Now Klunis Maipop wants to take control of his

talent, and develop his own image and musical

style, nevertheless he will always be open to work

with others. Klunis Maipop sings his own

background vocals as he Raps and

applies his own original music. His style of rapping

would definitely indicate his ability to move words

just like he moved drum beats.

To add to Klunis Maipop’s variety of styles he has

added his amazing falsetto in the background

which sometimes reminds you of the late Curtis

Mayfield, Philipe Wynn from The Spinners.... Stevie

Wonder and Sly and The Family Stone are also part

of the unique flavors of Klunis Maipop’s versatile

vocal talents.

His vocals are interchangeable and very

unique. However, his talents did not stop at

singing, playing drums and rapping. His mother

insisted that he learn how to write and compose

his own music. This led him to do several

arrangements including strings, rhythm sections

and horns. He’s a Jack of All Trades, but master of

one.... Music.

Klunis Maipop is definitely on the rise. One of his

unique arrangements was to convert the song

"Natural High" into a Rap version, whereas he

exploits his vocal arrangements and

harmonies and brought it back again for another

great hit. Klunis Maipop has also created a friend

called "Squiggy" that raps along with him on

several of his tracks "California Girls Is Cold" and

"Bubble Delicious". Together they are hilarious and

bring forth a humor that’s off the hook!
